DAC provides direct services to help people across Canada navigate through several federal disability programs. We help with all stages of the application process, including renewals, denials, and appeals.
Canada Pension Plan – Disability (CPP-D)
Monthly financial assistance for people under 65 who are unable to work because of their disability.
Disability Tax Credit (DTC)
A federal credit that helps reduce the taxes that people with disabilities or their caregivers owe. The DTC is also a gateway to other benefits including the Canada Workers Benefit Disability Supplement, Child Disability Benefit, Registered Disability Savings Plan, and Canada Disability Benefit.
Workshops
We offer training, workshops, and info sessions on topics related to federal disability programs to community organizations, health care providers, businesses, and government.
